You can participate in this challenge solo or join a group of us who will start on the same day - Thursday, May 15th.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This event is for people who live their lives with white privilege and who want to participate in the 21-Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge.
Our community values are warmth, compassion and support. You are welcome to invite friends who want to participate in the Challenge.
WHEN?
You can start immediately or wait until our kick-off event on Thursday, May 15th. You can attend some of the Zoom events, all of them, one of them, or none of them!

WHY AREN'T BLACK PEOPLE LEADING THIS?
We've heard it repeated that if people with privilege want to learn about race, they shouldn’t ask people of color to teach it to them. The common advice is, “Do your own research. The information is out there.” That’s what this 21 days is for - it’s a learning period. The Challenge was created by Black educator, Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr. who generously shares it for free. The resources curated by Dr Moore, Jr. and his team will be our experts during our learning journey.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is no cost to participate.
VIRTUAL EVENTS
We'll host four, free guided virtual events to support you along the way. You can attend, one, some, all, or none of them. It's totally optional. You decide what works for your learning style and schedule:
1st Thursday: Kick Off
2nd Thursday: Check-In
3rd Thursday: Stamina
4th Thursday: Recognition
SCHEDULE:
5:55pm Zoom Room Open
6:00pm Opening circle, guided relaxation, group connection
6:15pm Small group chats with chances to listen and share
6:55pm Encouragement for the week ahead
7:00pm Done!
TECH STUFF
You'll need a webcam, microphone, and reliable internet. Joining on your phone is an option, but know that you’ll only be able to see four participants at a time. The event is best experienced with a computer or laptop.
