Les Dotson
Hello, I’m Les Dotson. I’m a member of Sacred Sons, and my calling is to support men in healing their relationship with themselves first—so they can show up more present,
grounded, and accountable with their families, partners, and community. I believe brotherhood is medicine. When men are witnessed, challenged with compassion, and supported by other men, old trauma can soften and real change becomes possible.
My path includes over 20 years of studying Tantra, meditation, body-based practices, sound healing, and conscious connection around the world. I’ve trained with the Somananda Tantra School and worked with teachers in Kundalini, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga traditions.
This men’s group is a space for honesty, nervous system regulation, and remembering who you are—without posturing, fixing, or performing. Just men, doing the work, together.
