Healing Attachment Wounds: An Invitation to Soul Work
We come into this world wired for connection.
Not just as a want—but as a need.
To be held. To be seen. To be safe.
That’s where our story begins.
Attachment theory teaches us that the way we bonded—or didn’t bond—with our earliest caregivers shaped the lens through which we view ourselves, others, and the world. These imprints run deep, often quietly dictating the rhythm of our relationships, the trust we extend, and the intimacy we fear or crave.
What is Attachment Theory?
At its core, attachment theory explains how the emotional bonds we form in early childhood influence our behavior throughout life—especially in relationships. These patterns are not flaws. They are protective strategies we developed to survive, to be loved, to belong.
There are four main attachment styles:
Secure: Grew up feeling safe and loved. Trusts others and maintains healthy balance in relationships.
Anxious: Grew up with inconsistent caregiving. Craves closeness but fears abandonment.
Avoidant: Grew up with distant or emotionally unavailable caregivers. Avoids intimacy and values independence to a fault.
Disorganized: Often experienced trauma or unpredictability. Desires connection but fears it deeply.
But here’s the truth:
Your attachment style is not your identity—it’s your conditioning. And conditioning can be healed and transformed.
Why This Matters for Your Soul
These patterns are not just psychological—they’re spiritual.
Attachment wounds are soul wounds.
They echo the ancient ache for unconditional love, belonging, and safety.
They whisper, “Will you still love me if I show you all of me?”
And this is the sacred work I do with people every day.
Through the lens of ancient healing traditions, shamanic practices, and deep presence, I guide you back to the origin of these patterns—not to blame or dwell, but to liberate. To integrate. To reclaim the parts of you that learned to disconnect, distrust, or disappear.
You Are Not Broken—You Are Becoming
This journey is not about fixing you.
It’s about remembering you.
You were never meant to carry these burdens alone.
